Altered States

For Sandwich Club Summit 2016 in Wassaic, NY.

Sandwich Club is a multi-year art project by Breanne Trammell and Finnegan Shannon investigating and celebrating the relationship between art, culture, and sandwiches. The club hosts an annual summit with presentations, lectures, participatory art projects, an exhibition and more at The Wassaic Project (Wassaic, New York).

The 2016 theme was "Altered States". This project includes an identity, program, name tags, exhibition catalog-as-poster, and social media assets.

Hundreds of versions of the processed type were created by Derrick Schultz (and his bots) and then edited down to four primary "states" for the logotype.
